Thank you for choosing ACU to satisfy your financial needs. Requirements for an online loan application are:
- The online loan application form can be filled in by members living on Curaçao or St. Maarten.
- Applicant must provide ACU with an active and valid email address. (All correspondence concerning the loan application will be through email) In case you have applied for a loan, but you did not receive our confirmation email in your inbox, please also check your “Junk-mail”.
- To complete the loan application process, the following documents need to accompany this petition in digital form: Please note that without the mentioned documents, our loan department cannot accept or process any loan applications.
Required documents:
1. Valid Identity document (Identity card, driver’s license or passport)
2. Last two salary slips
3. Last two bank statements of the bank account (This does not apply to members whose salaries are directly deposited to ACU.)
4. Employment verification letter (n case this has not been turned in more than a month ago)
5. Car-order for a (new) car loan or inspection certificate for used car (applicable only for car loans)
6. A balance letter of outstanding debt(s) at other creditor(s). This is required when applying for debt consolidation.
Important:
- Members who are 57 and older, and not yet receiving their pension, and of which it is known that the loan terminates after the member has retired and started his pension, is requested to provide us with a calculation of the pension plan (provided by APC/ APS or any other pension company).
- Depending on the type and amount of the loan applied for, ACU may request additional information/documentation in order to process the loan application. ACU may also request additional collateral.
